Buy a passport ticket and, as well as the Swannery, you can also visit the nearby Gardens for a reduced price. It’s totally flexible, you don’t have to visit both places on the same day.

*Pre schools – Children under 5 years may enter the attractions free of charge. All accompanying adults must pay the school groups admission rate.

Season Tickets

Valid for unlimited entry to the swannery and subtropical gardens for 12 months from date of purchase.

Benefits include:

• 10% off full price catering purchases (excludes alcohol, ice cream and items on sale)
• 10% off full price shop purchases and plants (excludes HTA vouchers, stamps, ice cream and items on sale).
• Half price entry to Hestercombe Gardens and Forde Abbey. The season ticket must be presented at every visit.

Armed Forces

A valid in-date warrant card (no photocopies) must be shown, and the named serving member must be present. Free of charge entry is only applied to 2 adults and 3 children (including the serving member).

Please note: Armed Forces cannot be booked online in advance, and are only available in person.

Tesco Clubcard

Tesco Clubcard vouchers can be used to pay to enter the Swannery. They can be used against our individual adult and child tickets. Excludes discounted offers and season tickets. Please redeem your voucher first on the Tesco Days Out website, then bring your voucher with you when you visit. Click here to find out more.

Tesco Clubcard vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with our season ticket or any other discount group offer. Change is not given nor can they be used to purchase goods from the shop or café.

Dogs not allowed

Sorry, dogs (including assistance dogs) are not permitted within the Swannery. This is due to the extremely sensitive nature of the site and the close proximity of visitors to a wild population of Mute Swans within the Nature Reserve.
